List email and LinkedIn sender accounts visible to the authenticated actor, with actor-specific access and pagination metadata.

GET/api/sender-accounts
HTTP referenceScope integrations:readUpdated June 3, 2026

This page documents the canonical HTTP contract for this endpoint.

When to use this

Need a teammate's owner_user_id first? Use List organization users. User IDs, CRM Lead IDs, and sender account IDs are different identifiers.

  • Most sequence enrollments do not need sender-account IDs. Set assignedToUserId and omit sender routing so Autotouch uses that user's default connected email and LinkedIn senders.
  • Use this endpoint when you need advanced routing: pin one explicit sender with senderAccountIds, or build an assignmentPlan for round-robin team routing.
  • Connecting LinkedIn and email accounts happens in Settings > Accounts. This endpoint lists the normalized sender records after connection.
  • Inspect status, capabilities, access_mode, effective_scopes and is_default. capabilities describes account support; only actor-specific access plus a ready account authorizes routing. Admin inventory is visibility, not sending authority.
  • Account status values are ok, disconnected, expired, action_required, and unknown. Capability and effective-scope values are view, send, reply, schedule, and draft; access modes are owned, delegated, inventory, and unknown.
  • The response includes total, nextOffset and currentUserId. Follow nextOffset until it is null when paging.
  • Examples are abbreviated. Account records can contain additional fields and response-only access annotations.

Query parameters

  • channel · optional

    string

Filter by channel: email or linkedin. Default: both.

  • includeAll · optional

    boolean

Default false. Admin only; true lists the organization inventory. Inventory visibility does not grant send access.

  • owner_user_id · optional

    string

Filter the authorized inventory to this exact owner user ID; minimum length 1. This does not expand access.

  • limit · optional

    integer

Maximum accounts to return, from 1 to 1000. Omitted means return the full filtered inventory.

  • offset · optional

    integer

    Zero-based result offset; minimum 0. Default: 0.

  • includeAccessSummary · optional

    boolean

Default false. When true, adds can_manage_access to each item and delegation_count/delegated_user_ids for manageable accounts only.
